The Sewer & Drain Manager will oversee all aspects of our residential sewer and drain operations, including service, repairs, maintenance, and customer service. Position Entails:

Leadership and Management:

Compliance and Safety:

• Ensure compliance with company safety policies and applicable regulations.
• Implement and enforce company policies and procedures.

What Does It Take?

• Proven experience in sewer and drain service or a similar role.
• Previous leadership or management experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of sewer and drain diagnostics, repair, and service.

• Ability to pass a DOT physical/drug screen and background check.
• Valid driver's license with a solid driving record; ability to obtain a chauffeur's license if needed.

Physical Requirements:

This position requires frequent standing, walking, bending, stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, and climbing stairs or ladders. Employees must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and safely navigate residential job sites, including basements, crawl spaces, and other confined areas. The role may include technician ride-alongs, job-site inspections, and occasional assistance with troubleshooting or service-related activities. Work may be performed indoors and outdoors and may involve exposure to varying temperatures, weather conditions, dust, dirt, wastewater, and other conditions commonly encountered in residential sewer and drain environments.
