• Minimum 2+ years of field experience (residential service preferred) with an emphasis on sewer maintenance and repair
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• High level of integrity and accountability
• Comfortably discussing pricing and collecting payment
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record

Responsibilities

• Perform roddings, relinings, jettings, inspections, repair, and other plumbing services
• Ensure all work meets local and state plumbing codes
• Clearly explain repair options and recommendations to homeowners
• Build trust and long-term customer relationships
• Accurately document work performed and collect payment when required
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional job site
