Qualifications

• Must hold a current State of Illinois Plumbing License and/or City of Chicago Journeyman Plumber License.
• Proven experience in residential or light commercial service plumbing.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional customer service skills—workspace kept spotless and respectful client interactions.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Willing to undergo a background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential and light commercial plumbing systems.
• Service and install traditional/tankless water heaters, fixtures, valves, and water filtration lines.
• Maintain, rebuild, and scale vintage or modern hot water steam boilers.
• Resolve sewer and drain blockages using advanced equipment (cable machines, hydro jetting, sewer video inspections).
• Provide clear, transparent, and friendly communication to homeowners and building managers before starting work.

What You’ll Do (Responsibilities):

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential and light commercial plumbing systems.
• Service and install traditional/tankless water heaters, fixtures, valves, and water filtration lines.

What We Are Looking For (Requirements):

• Must hold a current State of Illinois Plumbing License and/or City of Chicago Journeyman Plumber License.
