Done! Plumbing, Heating, Cooling & Electrical in Denver is seeking an experienced Sewer & Drain Manager to lead and grow our sewer and drain division.

This leadership role requires deep knowledge of drain cleaning, sewer repairs, excavation, trenchless solutions, and team development to build a strong culture and deliver exceptional service.

You will coach technicians, monitor KPIs, and collaborate with dispatch and leadership to improve safety and performance while expanding the division.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership in sewer/drain/plumbing/excavation operations.
• Strong ability to drive performance and coach technicians.
• Experience managing KPIs, budgets, and profitability.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

What You’ll Do

What We’re Looking For

• Previous leadership experience in sewer, drain, plumbing, or excavation operations
• Strong understanding of residential drain cleaning, sewer repairs, and excavation services
• Proven ability to lead teams and drive performance
• Experience managing KPIs, budgets, revenue goals, and profitability
• Strong communication and coaching skills
• ServiceTitan experience preferred
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
