Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Ability to modify curriculum and work both independently and with others.

Responsibilities

• Assist students with classroom activities, adapting curriculum to individual needs for both one-on-one and small group settings.
• Implement accommodations and modifications per IEP; monitor progress and document observations for IEP team.
• Assist with materials preparation, tests, attendance, and associated classroom duties; support during events like drills.
