Qualifications

• Criminal background check and fingerprinting required.
• High School Equivalency diploma required or equivalent.
• No professional work experience required.
• Title I assignments require related coursework or degree as outlined in the district.
• Mandatory Crisis Prevention Intervention training.
• Medication administration training may be provided by the district.

Responsibilities

• Assist students with classroom activities and adapt curriculum as needed.
• Implement IEP accommodations and monitor student progress.
• Prepare materials, tests, and assist with documentation.
• Support online/remote instruction and assist with technology as needed.
• Maintain records and report observations to IEP team.
