Job summary

BlueSprig is seeking a Behavior Technician (RBT) in Aurora, CO to deliver ABA-based therapy to children and adults with Autism Spectrum Disorders. You will work closely with BCBA supervision, collect data, and report progress while maintaining confidentiality and following safety policies.

The role emphasizes crisis-skill experience, compassionate communication, and participation in a supportive team dedicated to growth, training, and advancing careers in behavioral health.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

In this role you will:

• Provide exceptional behavior treatment services for children and adults with Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASDs) using an Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) based therapy. You will work 2:1 with patients and families to reach individualized goals supervised by a BCBA.
• Teach clients with autism communication, social, and self-help skills in an individual or small group setting
• Collect data to monitor the progress of the children we support
• Provide regular written and verbal progress on treatment goals
• Adhere to all policies and procedures, including, but not limited to, confidentiality and mandated reporting standards as set by the BlueSprig clinical team
• Experience working in crisis situations including severe aggression, self-injurious behavior, and property destruction
• Communicate clearly and effectively – both orally and written – with clients, families, and colleagues

• Attend meetings, trainings, and workshops to acquire further knowledge.

Role Details

• Availability
• All day availability Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM

• Pay
  • $24.50 to $26.00 per hour (based on experience) for billable hours as an RBT

Once you have completed Behavior Technician (BT) training, but prior to completing RBT Certification, you will receive 21.50 for each billable client hour worked. For all BT training and administrative time, you will receive 16.00for each non-billable hour worked.
