BlueSprig is hiring a Behavior Technician (BT) / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in Gainesville, GA. You will provide ABA therapy to children with autism, delivering in center-based and in-home sessions with supervision and structured mentorship.

Pay, Benefits & Perks

• Competitive pay:
• $24.00–26.00/hour for billable RBT hours based on experience
• Once you have completed Behavior Technician (BT) training, but prior to completing RBT Certification, you will receive 13.00for each billable client hour worked
• 13.00/hour paid for all non-billable training and administrative time
• Candidates with an active RBT certification at the time of hire will receive a $200-bonus on their first paycheck
• Fully paid training — no experience required

• Schedule:
• Monday–Friday between 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Hours vary based on client needs and scheduling
• Optional Saturdays available twice per month based on client needs
