Job summary

Sanoh America, Inc. in Scottsboro, AL is seeking a Regular Full-Time CNC technician to manage tooling changeovers with strict attention to safety and quality systems.

You will set up and adjust CNC equipment, perform tool changes, inspections, and 5S practices while maintaining production flow and communicating escalations per procedures on a daily basis.

Strong mechanical aptitude and familiarity with ISO/IATF standards are preferred; high school diploma required; travel within plant possible.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Combined Basic Skills (Mechanical) - CBS-M Testing required.
• Experience with ISO/IATF quality standards preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate and adjust CNC equipment safely.

REQUIRED EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

WORKING CONDITIONS

• 1. Works 100% of the time on the production floor.
• 2. Must be able to work in cool and warm temperatures.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Ability to lift 50 lbs. occasionally, 20 lbs. frequently, and 10 lbs. constantly
• Ability to work varying levels of overtime
