GENERAL SUMMARY

  • Tooling Changeover with Clear Understanding and Knowledge of Safety / Quality Systems
  • New / Current Part Programming / Processing And Form Adjustments
  • Safe and efficient operation of production equipment and processes for which the associate has been qualified
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILIT IES

(Duties required for successful job performance):

  • Conduct and Promote Safety Lock Out Tag Out and Performs In A Safe Working Manner
  • Performs Set Up / Adjustments To CNC Equipment
  • Performs Tooling, 5S, and Inspections
  • Minor Preventative Machine & Tool Maintenance
  • Operate Production Equipment
  • Knowledge, Execution, and Communication Of Escalation Procedures
REQUIRED EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

(These are the traditional minimum, or required, bona-fide occupational qualifications and other requirements of most people in this job).

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent.
  • Combined Basic Skills (Mechanical) - Form CBS-M Testing

REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS
  • Reports Directly To The Production Supervisor
  • Takes Daily Changeover Instruction From The Production Supervisor and/or Team Lead
  • Takes Daily Production Instruction From The Production Supervisor and/or Team Lead
WORKING CONDITIONS
  • 1. Works 100% of the time on the production floor.
  • 2. Must be able to work in cool and warm temperatures.
  • 3. Must be able to keep organized under production strain
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs. occasionally, 20 lbs. frequently, and 10 lbs. constantly
  • Ability to work varying levels of overtime
  • Ability to adjust work schedule to meet plant requirements
  • Able to travel within the manufacturing area and enter confined spaces for tooling change over
