Next Play Jobs is seeking a Mill-Turn Setup Machinist for 1st shift in the Minneapolis–St. Paul area. This role requires ownership of setups from start to finish, plus troubleshooting to ensure consistent production of tight-tolerance parts.
The candidate will perform complete mill-turn setups, read prints with GD&T, select tools and fixtures, and inspect first-piece parts before moving to production, ensuring high quality and efficiency.

This is not an operator-only position . We are looking for a machinist who can independently ++own a setup from start to finish,++ troubleshoot machining issues, and make the adjustments necessary to get a job running correctly and consistently.
