Job summary

Perdue Foods is seeking a Settlement Coordinator in Salisbury, MD to support complex accounting activities across general ledger, plant accounting, payroll, and live accounting. You will review data, verify edits, and coordinate weekly producer payments to ensure accurate financial operations.

The role offers a target wage of $23.00–$34.25 per hour, plus a comprehensive benefits package and annual bonus potential, with a standard Monday–Friday schedule from 8:00am to 5:00pm.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 4 years related experience in accounting/settlements.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Generate weekly producer settlements and verify data.
• Process payables and manage receivables.
• Audit processes for designated locations and operations.
• Maintain producer files and settlement documentation.
• Coordinate electronic file storage and provide ad hoc settlement analyses.
• Support fuel backup training for metered fuel and drop billing.
