We are seeking a Settlement Case Manager to own cases from intake to policy issuance, serving as the main client contact while coordinating with attorneys, financial advisors, trust professionals, and our internal team to keep deadlines and documents on track.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in financial services, wealth management, insurance, legal services, or a high-touch professional environment.
• Experience with high-stakes client work and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Own cases from intake through completion, including documentation, follow-up, correspondence, and policy issuance.
• Serve as a responsive, reassuring point of contact for clients and families.
• Coordinate closely with attorneys, advisors, trust professionals, and other partners.
• Prepare quotes, proposals, settlement documents, policies, and related correspondence.
• Maintain accurate case files and deadlines in Salesforce, Asana, and shared systems.
• Anticipate issues, prioritize independently, and keep multiple time-sensitive cases moving.

We help injured individuals and their families navigate complex settlement decisions involving structured payments, trusts, government benefits, and long-term financial planning. The work is fast-moving, detail-heavy, and deeply human.

About the Role

We’re looking for a sharp, highly organized Settlement Case Manager to own cases from intake through policy issuance. You’ll be the primary point of contact for clients while also driving the operational work behind the scenes — coordinating with attorneys, financial advisors, trust professionals, insurance partners, and our internal team to make sure nothing falls through the cracks. This is a strong fit for someone from wealth management, financial services, insurance, legal services, paraplanning, or high-touch client service who is accustomed to managing complex work with urgency and precision. We will train the right person on structured settlements.
