Job summary

iWorkforce Solutions in Carlsbad, NM is seeking a reliable team member for a full-time, temporary position. The role offers starting pay of $20.00 per hour, a schedule from 7:45 AM to 5:00 PM, and a 14 days on / 7 days off rotation, with weekends and holidays as needed.

No educational or prior oilfield experience is required, and training is provided to the right candidate. You will handle basic tool use, document activities, and work with field personnel to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Must be able to pass a background check.
• Previous oilfield or downhole tooling experience is preferred, but not required.
• Basic computer skills are helpful.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
• Must be available to work weekends and holidays when needed.
• Local candidates preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the pickup and delivery of Cyclops Setting Tools to customer field locations.
• Wash, disassemble, and rebuild tools following company work instructions and under supervision.
• Document recycling and tool-processing activities using company software.
• Ensure tools, equipment, and supplies are properly maintained and ready for use.
• Work professionally with customers and field representatives.
• Follow safety, quality, and company procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
