Qualifications

Special Educationparaprofessionals must possess 60 semester credits or 90 quarter credits of study from an institution of higher education or an AA, AS, AAS (or higher) degree, OR must provide a passing score on the MN ParaPro Test or ParaEducator Assessment. Compensation

Starting salary range is $18.44 - $20.81 per hour, plus a district contribution toward insurance. Special Education paraprofessionals have the opportunity to earn an additional $2.00 per hour for completing online district Special Education training.
