Job summary

Redhorse Corporation in Arlington, VA seeks a high-caliber Project Manager to serve as the lead SETA programmatic and technical adviser to a Government Program Office. This role focuses on accrediting a COCO AI compute datacenter and transforming a facility for SCIF readiness.

You will oversee integration, security, and performance while coordinating with DoD/IC leadership and premier technology partners. A TS clearance and engineering background are required.

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
• 5+ years of progressive project management experience with federal DoD/IC.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, CS, Information Systems, or related technical field.
• Experience with mission-critical datacenter infrastructure and IPT governance.
• Advanced proficiency with MS Project, Excel, Jira, and Confluence.

Responsibilities

• Lead SETA programmatic and technical advisory to Government PM and COR.
• Monitor performance against contract specs, SLAs, and commissioning plans.
• Baseline and manage IMS in MS Project, aligning schedules with government milestones.
• Track ICD 705 compliance, CSP, CST logs, FFC, TEMPEST with AO/CTTA.
• Oversee retrofit of high-density AI clusters, including power, cooling, and racks.
• Facilitate IPTs, risk boards, and executive briefings for DoD/IC leadership.
• Ensure adherence to non-inherently governmental function guidelines.
