Zusammenfassung

FGS LLC is seeking a Project Manager to serve as the government program office's primary technical advisor for the retrofit, fit-out, and IOC of a COCO AI compute datacenter. You will audit schedules, track milestones, and liaise between government security authorities, contracting personnel, and commercial facility operators.

As a SETA contractor, you will provide advisory services, ensure ICD 705 SCIF readiness, oversee MEP retrofits for high-density compute racks, and support government

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of five (5) years of progressive project management experience within the federal government, DoD, or Intelligence Community.
• Experience advising federal program managers.
• Technical Acumen: Working knowledge of mission-critical datacenter infrastructure and enterprise compute hardware deployments.
• Software Tools: MS Project, Excel (advanced modeling), JIRA, and Confluence.

Aufgaben

• Act as the lead SETA technical advisor to the Government Program Manager and COR.
• Provide objective assessments of technical deliverables, ECPs, design packages, and commissioning test plans.
• Monitor COCO performance, verify conformance to contract specs, power/cooling, and SLAs.
• Review milestones and progress reports to inform acceptance decisions.
