Job summary

Guidehouse Inc. in Bethesda, MD seeks a Technical SETA with an active Top Secret/SCI clearance to support the lifecycle of aDoD-sponsored research program and serve as the AI SME. You will attend meetings, workshops, and testing events, shaping AI governance and data pipelines across complex environments.

You will have 8+ years of experience, a degree in physics/math/CS or engineering, and familiarity with AI/ML, data architectures, and mission assurance. Up to 10% travel may be required.

Qualifications

• ACTIVE TS/SCI with polygraph
• Bachelor's degree in physics, mathematics, computer science, or relevant engineering fields
• 8+ years of work experience including, but not limited to
• Knowledge of AI/ML (computer vision, NLP, predictive analytics, LLMs)
• Understanding of data architectures and pipelines for large-scale analytics/intelligence production
• Familiarity with AI governance, data quality, and mission assurance in operational settings
• Experience with R&D of spatiotemporal data, architectures, modeling and/or machine learning algorithms
• Systems engineering and integration experience in complex, data-intensive environments
• Experience creating program plans, work breakdown structures, and milestone schedules

Responsibilities

• Support lifecycle of research program from development to transition
• Attend meetings, workshops, conferences, and testing events as SME
• Serve as Subject Matter Expert in Artificial Intelligence
