Job summary

Paycom - ATS in Cloverdale, CA seeks an entry-level Setup Technician to learn on the production floor, performing setups to meet schedules and ensure on-time delivery of parts. You will train under Senior Setup personnel and Process Technicians and rotate on presses as needed.

This role requires mechanical aptitude, a willingness to learn, and the ability to work with teammates under high-noise, industrial conditions. High school diploma or GED preferred; training will be provided.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of set up experience required.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Paulson Training levels must be completed.
• Willingness to attend seminars and stay current with industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Performs setups and other production-related duties to maintain schedules and on-time delivery.
• Takes training from Senior Setup personnel and Process Technicians.
• Works on all presses as production requirements dictate.
• Keeps work area clean and maintained.
• May be asked to perform other duties as required.
