Paycom - ATS is seeking an entry level setup technician to support production schedules by performing setups and related duties. Trainees work under Senior Setup personnel to gain knowledge across the production floor and presses, ensuring on-time delivery of parts to customers.

The role emphasizes learning through Paulson Training levels, high school education, and ability to work with a team to meet daily targets in a high-noise manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of set up experience REQUIRED.
• High School Diploma or G.E.D. preferred.
• Must complete all levels of Paulson Training.
• Available to training in new equipment and machinery as they are procured.
• Shows mechanical aptitude and ability to learn and practice molding and setup methods.

Responsibilities

• Sets up as required to meet schedules and customer commitments.
• Takes training from Senior Setup personnel and Process Technicians to enhance knowledge and experience in all aspects of the production floor.
• Performs setups and other production related duties to maintain production schedules and on time delivery of parts to customers.
