Job summary

Fresenius Kabi in Grand Island, NE seeks a mechanically minded Set-up Operator to join a life-saving manufacturing environment. The role focuses on cleaning, inspecting and assembling filling room equipment and operating sterilization equipment in sterile product manufacturing.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Mechanical aptitude and/or assembly experience preferred.
• Must comprehend math, reading and basic mechanical adjustments.
• Good communication and documentation skills required.
• Medical, food, or other cGMP production environment experience preferred.
• Adhere to and stay current on all training requirements.
• Wear clean room safety equipment/apparel and maintain safe work environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain set-up equipment for cleaning, visual inspection and assembly in the sterile filling room.
• Assist with component sterilization equipment in sterile product manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities

• Hourly Range: $18.63 - 20.63/hour
• Final pay determinations will depend on various factors, including, but not limited to experience level, education, knowledge, skills, and abilities.
