Reflections Retirement Community is seeking a dedicated dietary services professional for Evergreen Village at Fort Wayne in Fort Wayne, IN. This full-time, second-shift role offers hourly pay of $16.50–$17.00 and a focus on preparing diverse menus that respect dietary preferences and safety standards.

You will maintain kitchen and dining areas, engage with residents with compassion and dignity, and participate in ongoing educational opportunities to enhance service quality and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Must hold current ServSafe Manager certification.
• High School graduate or GED equivalent required.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to serve with love, compassion and dignity.

Responsibilities

• Prepares a diverse menu that incorporates dietary preferences and restrictions.
• Maintains high-quality dietary services while complying with safety and sanitation protocols.
• Maintains kitchen and dining areas and facilitates clean service spaces.
• Engages with residents in a compassionate manner reflecting love, compassion, and dignity.
• Participates in ongoing education and seminars for staff development.
