Job summary

Longbridge Financial in Houston, TX is seeking a Servicing Support Specialist to provide administrative and regulatory exam support, QC reviews, and report reviews within the Servicing department.

The role collaborates with Servicing leadership, requires sharp attention to detail and strong organizational skills, and offers full benefits including health, dental, vision, FSA/HSA, and a 401(k) match. On-site in Houston, Monday through Friday; mortgage or servicing experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work in the Houston office Monday - Friday.
• Mortgage or servicing experience is a plus but not required.
• Tech-savvy with strong computer skills and the ability to quickly learn new systems and software applications.
• Precise attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with preparation, organization, and coordination of responses for regulatory examinations and audits, including compiling and tracking documentation requests from examiners or auditors.
• Perform Servicing Quality Control (QC) reviews by pulling loan-level documentation, verifying data accuracy against source systems, and logging review findings.
• Perform servicing call calibration by listening to recorded borrower and heir calls and completing the calibration form to assess quality and consistency against servicing and compliance standards.
• Assist with drafting, updating, and maintaining Servicing policies, procedures, and process documentation.
• Assist management with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) on Servicing initiatives and projects, including executing test scripts, documenting results, and reporting issues.
• Perform other administrative and ad hoc servicing support functions as assigned.
