Language Matters in Indiana seeks a Services Specialist to deliver tutoring, bilingual call center support, translation, and research programs from a hybrid Warsaw-based role. You will collaborate with leadership, manage client programs, and drive growth initiatives while maintaining strong client relations.

The ideal candidate is bilingual (Spanish/English) with excellent communication and organizational skills, holds a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and thrives in a dynamic startup

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with LM leadership and business partners to support client and company priorities.
• Manage assigned client programs and relationships, coordinating service delivery and acting as key contact.
• Deliver and support services across LM’s offerings including bilingual call center, tutoring, interpreters coordination, translation, and research.
• Support business development, client communications, and growth initiatives.
• Identify opportunities and recommend solutions to improve client experience and operational efficiency.
• Support onboarding, training, and development of other Specialists.
• Communicate progress and blockers effectively to LM management.

The Services Specialist plays an active role in the continued growth of Language Matters. In our fast-paced, startup-minded environment, Specialists work directly with leadership and key decision-makers, bringing agility, initiative, and a willingness to wear multiple hats.

Specialists may deliver and manage services across areas such as tutoring, bilingual call center support, research, and translation, while also taking ownership of entire programs and managing client relationships—from day-to-day delivery to ongoing growth and success.

Hybrid (Warsaw, IN)

Full-Time Position: 40 hours per week

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

• Collaborate directly with LM leadership and business partners to support client and company priorities
• Manage assigned client programs and relationships, coordinating service delivery and serving as a key point of contact
• Deliver and support services across LM’s business, including bilingual call center, tutoring, interpreters coordination, translation, and research programs
• Support business development, client communications, and other growth initiatives
• Identify opportunities and recommend solutions to improve client experience, service quality, and operational efficiency
• Support the onboarding, training, and development of other Specialists
• Strong interpersonal skills — able to build positive working relationships
• Highly organized — capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
• Team‑oriented — provides regular progress updates and proactively communicates blockers to the LM Management team
