Responsibilities

• Maintain consistent communication with Managers, Specialists, and other business partners.
• Support the LM Management team as they deliver a variety of services to clients.
• Assist in the LM Bilingual Call Centers.
• Support leadership and current Language Specialists with translation projects.
• Support leadership with business development and communication projects.
• Make recommendations to the Management team to improve the services provided.
• Support Managers as they train other Specialists.
• Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills.
• Stay organized and capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously.
• Act as a team player, providing periodic reports of progress and blockers to the LM Management team.
• Exhibit a learner mentality, recognizing areas for growth and willingness to learn.
• Remain flexible and adaptable.
