Reporting Line

This position reports to the Business Manager - E2E.

Role and Responsibilities

In this role, you will develop and execute the ELSP Service sales strategy by focusing on market needs and business goals. As the business is growing rapidly, it is essential to lead by example and drive this growth mindset within the team, ensuring top-level customer service. Daily responsibilities include achieving profitable qualitative and quantitative targets related to Life Cycle Management (LCM) and service products and solutions.

The work model for this role is remote. #LI-Remote

This position contributes to the Electrification Smart Power division in North America.

Main Accountabilities
  • Financial Performance: Ensure the team develops proposals and solutions to meet or exceed financial objectives.
  • Order Management: Manage a balanced order book across all products and factory offerings. Assign budgets, monitor performance, and be accountable for financial results.
  • Strategy Implementation: Create and implement service sales strategies to increase Installed Base (IB) penetration using the IB database effectively.
  • Leadership: Coach and mentor Sales and Commercial Operations staff, conducting performance assessments through Annual Performance Reviews.
  • Contract Negotiations: Participate in negotiations of major contracts to secure service sales volume.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, marketing, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in service and/or service sales.
  • Knowledge of a full portfolio of products and services (including UPS, STS, PDU, etc.).
  • Experience with Salesforce preferred.
  • SAP experience preferred.
