Job summary

Insight Enterprises is seeking a Services Operations Specialist for our Hanover Park, IL office to enter orders and manage device shipments in line with client SLAs. You will investigate discrepancies and coordinate with distribution teams to resolve lost or damaged products, while building product and vendor knowledge to support client communications.

We will count on you to investigate and resolve receiving discrepancies, proactively managing receipt dates, working with distribution employees to resolve issues regarding lost and damaged products.
