Services Key Account Manager - Data Center Solutions

Position Overview

We are seeking a Services Key Account Manager to oversee data center client relationships, ensure high-quality service delivery, and identify growth opportunities. This role involves collaborating with internal teams, negotiating service agreements, and developing strategic account plans.

Responsibilities
  1. Serve as the main contact for key data center clients regarding service-related matters.
  2. Develop and maintain positive customer relationships to understand their needs.
  3. Ensure timely and high-quality service delivery.
  4. Collaborate internally to resolve issues and improve services.
  5. Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
  6. Conduct business reviews and provide performance insights.
  7. Negotiate service agreements and renewals.
  8. Monitor customer satisfaction and implement improvements.
  9. Develop strategies for account growth and retention.
  10. Stay informed on industry trends and competitors.
  11. Act as liaison between nVent and key data center accounts.
  12. Develop business strategies benefiting both the company and clients.
  13. Manage large, sophisticated accounts globally.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in key account management, training, and technical projects preferred.
  • Remote work capability with 25% travel, mainly in the US; valid driver’s license required.
  • Knowledge of program/project management preferred.
  • Strong multitasking, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
