What You Will Experience In This Position
- Serve as the main contact for key data center clients regarding services.
- Develop and maintain positive customer relationships to understand their needs.
- Ensure timely, high-quality service delivery to key accounts.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve service quality.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services.
- Conduct business reviews and provide performance insights.
- Negotiate service agreements and renewals.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and implement improvements.
- Develop strategic plans for account growth and retention.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitors.
- Act as the liaison between nVent and key data center and networking accounts.
- Develop business strategies benefiting both the company and accounts in the DNS space.
- Manage large, sophisticated accounts globally.
You Have
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience in training, key account management, and technical project management preferred.
- Remote work capability with 25% travel, mainly in the US; valid driver's license required.
- Knowledge in program/project management preferred.
- Strong multitasking and self-directed work skills.
- Ability to develop solutions with maximum value.
- Effective presentation and proposal skills.
- Professional resolution of quality and delivery concerns.

Pay Transparency
Pay scale varies by location, ranging from $105,000 to $234,000. Compensation may include incentives based on performance.
