WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:
  1. Serve as the main point of contact for key data center clients regarding service-related matters.
  2. Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers to understand their needs.
  3. Ensure timely and high-quality service delivery to key accounts.
  4. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve service quality.
  5. Find opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services.
  6. Conduct regular business reviews and provide performance insights to clients.
  7. Negotiate service agreements and renewals with key customers.
  8. Monitor customer satisfaction and implement improvements based on feedback.
  9. Develop strategic plans for account growth and retention.
  10. Stay informed about industry trends and competitive service offerings.
  11. Act as the Professional Services liaison between nVent and assigned key data center and networking (DNS) accounts, ensuring positive relationships and meeting business needs.
  12. Develop business strategies that benefit both the company and assigned accounts in the data center (DNS) space.
  13. Manage large, sophisticated accounts globally.
  14. Note: We are only making one hire, despite posting in multiple locations.
YOU HAVE:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience in training, key account management, and technical project management is preferred.
  • Ability to work remotely and travel approximately 25%, mainly within the US and occasionally globally. A valid driver's license is required.
  • Knowledge of program/project management is preferred.
  • Skills in managing multiple tasks/projects and working independently.
  • Ability to develop and recommend solutions with maximum value.
  • Effective presentation and proposal skills.
  • Professionalism in resolving quality and delivery concerns promptly.

Our pay scale varies by location, with ranges from $105,000 to $234,000 depending on geographic region. Additional incentives may apply.
