About the Role

We’re looking for a Services Engagement Manager to support and optimize how we sell, track, and deliver professional services. In this hybrid role, you’ll work at the intersection of sales and professional services—helping generate accurate, compelling service proposals while managing the systems and processes that support scale and visibility. This is a high-impact, individual contributor role with broad cross-functional exposure and the opportunity to shape how our services organization operates.

What You’ll Do:
  • Collaborate with Sales, Professional Services, and Delivery teams to own scoping and proposal creation for professional services engagements.
  • Manage and enhance Salesforce workflows, fields, and processes related to professional services opportunities, projects and day-to-day operations.
  • Create and maintain reports and dashboards to monitor pipeline, bookings, forecasting, and delivery metrics.
  • Develop and update documentation of professional services standard operating procedures.
  • Own the full lifecycle of Statements of Work (SOWs), ensuring accurate documentation and alignment with delivery expectations.
  • Support and improve operational processes related to services sales, resource planning, and project setup.
  • Partner with RevOps, Finance, and Delivery teams to ensure data integrity, accurate forecasting, and smooth handoffs.
  • Contribute insights and recommendations to improve service delivery operations and drive continuous improvement.
What We’re Looking For:
  • 3–5 years of experience in professional services operations, sales operations, business analysis or a similar role.
  • Strong proficiency in Salesforce, including custom objects, workflow automation, and reporting.
  • Experience supporting services sales cycles or managing the operational side of project-based work.
  • Experience analyzing business operations and presenting insights to leadership.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and process mindset.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams.
  • Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
Nice to Have:
  • Experience in legal technology and/or professional services organizations.
  • Familiarity with CPQ tools, PSA systems, project management tools (Smartsheet, Certinia, JIRA).
  • Exposure to financial metrics such as bookings, utilization, or revenue forecasting.
  • Certified Salesforce Administrator (ADM 201) or other Salesforce certifications

Disclosure:

The estimated base salary pay range for this role is $140,000-150,000. You will also be offered a bonus and benefits.

Our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry, and are one part of many compensation, benefits and other reward opportunities we provide.
