Job summary

Lume Consulting Group, a Sacramento-based IT consultancy, seeks an experienced ServiceNow Developer to enhance the Workplace Service Delivery (WSD) module. You will implement new functionality, including space reservations, check-in/out, and access controls, and integrate with Outlook and Teams.

Responsibilities include testing, deployment, documentation, and working with stakeholders to ensure a smooth go-live and ongoing support.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
Strong expertise in the Workplace Service Delivery (WSD) module.
Hands-on experience with ServiceNow IntegrationHub and Flow Designer.
Proficiency in ServiceNow development tools: Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, ACLs, Client Scripts.
Experience integrating ServiceNow with Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook/Teams).
Knowledge of ITSM processes and ITIL framework.

Responsibilities

Develop new functionality for reserving, checking in, and checking out spaces.
Ensure access controls prevent unallocated users from reserving spaces.
Customize forms, workflows, and business rules as needed.
Integrate WSD with Outlook calendars and Teams meetings; configure IntegrationHub spokes.
Test features, collaborate with stakeholders, and deploy to production.
Document configurations and provide go-live support.
