Job summary

Lume Consulting Group seeks a Senior Enterprise SaaS Platform Engineer to support the implementation, integration, administration, enhancement, and ongoing operation of enterprise SaaS applications for a public-sector client. You will manage SaaS platforms through their lifecycle, focusing on governance, reporting, and reliable production support.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years across SaaS, cloud platforms, APIs, and enterprise integration, with hands-on ServiceNow, Azure/Entra ID, AWS

Qualifications

Seven+ years implementing, enhancing, configuring, customizing, and testing enterprise SaaS apps.
Seven+ years providing technical/admin support for SaaS apps, incl. debugging and production support.
Seven+ years onboarding/configuring SaaS apps, dashboards, and vendor coordination.
Seven+ years cloud experience with AWS and Azure, incl. monitoring and integrations.
Experience across SDLC and enterprise integration using APIs and IAM.
Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills.

Responsibilities

Support implementation, integration, administration, enhancement, and operation of enterprise SaaS apps.
Manage SaaS platforms lifecycle from evaluation to decommissioning.
Provide governance, dashboards, reporting, and vendor coordination.
Collaborate across teams and ensure on-site delivery in West Sacramento.
