Job summary

Alldus is seeking a remote ServiceNow Developer to join a growing consultancy on a six-month contract. You will configure, develop and enhance ServiceNow solutions supporting Legal Service Delivery, matter management, request intake, workflows and related business processes.

The ideal candidate has hands-on ServiceNow implementation experience, CSA certification, JavaScript scripting, Flow Designer and LSD module experience, plus strong collaboration across distributed teams.

Qualifications

• Must have ServiceNow CSA certification or equivalent.
• Hands-on experience configuring and implementing ServiceNow in production.
• Proficient in JavaScript and Flow Designer for workflows and catalog items.
• Experience with Legal Service Delivery, legal operations, or LSD modules.

Responsibilities

• Configure and develop ServiceNow applications, workflows, catalog items and forms for LSD processes.
• Implement LSD functionality including intake forms, routing, approvals and task management.
• Develop client scripts, business rules, UI policies and script includes.
• Participate in requirements gathering, design discussions and iterative development cycles.
• Support testing, defect resolution, releases and deployment activities for LSD implementations.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for configurations and customizations.
• Collaborate remotely with project teams and stakeholders to deliver solutions.

Our client, a growing consultancy firm, is hiring a ServiceNow Developer with hands‑on implementation experience supporting Legal Service Delivery (LSD) initiatives to join the team remotely on a six-month contract. The successful candidate will configure, develop and enhance ServiceNow solutions supporting legal operations, matter management, request intake, workflows and associated business processes.

Responsibilities

• Configure and develop ServiceNow applications, workflows, catalog items, forms and business rules to support Legal Service Delivery (LSD) processes.
• Implement and customize LSD functionality, including intake forms, routing, approvals, task management and reporting.
• Develop client scripts, business rules, UI policies and script includes in accordance with ServiceNow best practices.
• Participate in requirements-gathering sessions, solution design discussions and iterative development cycles.
• Support testing, defect resolution, release and deployment activities for LSD implementations.
• Create and maintain technical documentation covering platform configurations and customizations.
• Collaborate remotely with project teams, business stakeholders and fellow developers to deliver effective solutions.

Skillset

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
• Hands‑on experience implementing and configuring ServiceNow applications in production or project environments.
• Practical experience with ServiceNow scripting using JavaScript, as well as Flow Designer, Workflow and catalog development.
• Previous experience with Legal Service Delivery, legal operations or related ServiceNow modules and applications.
• Experience with ServiceNow integrations or reporting.
• Additional ServiceNow certifications such as Certified Application Developer (CAD) are desirable.
• Ability to work fully remotely and collaborate effectively as part of a distributed team.
• Strong problem‑solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
