Job summary

ICF is seeking an experienced UX Designer with ServiceNow experience to support client-aligned digital service design work across our Experience practice. This part-time, on-call role focuses on delivering user-centered ServiceNow experiences in a consulting environment.

The role requires 3+ years of UX design experience with ServiceNow, and the ability to collaborate with delivery teams while meeting project timelines.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of UX design experience with hands-on ServiceNow work.
• Experience designing for enterprise platforms or design systems.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Federal public trust clearance.
• US residency and work authorization required in the US.

Responsibilities

• Design and support user-centered experiences within the ServiceNow platform, including workflows, forms, portals, and interfaces.
• Collaborate with product owners, developers, UX researchers, and delivery teams to translate requirements into ServiceNow designs.
• Apply UX best practices while working within ServiceNow constraints.
• Create and iterate on design artifacts like wireframes, flows, and interaction designs.
• Partner with technical team members to ensure designs are implemented accurately.
• Participate in client and internal design reviews, incorporating feedback.
