Job Title: Technical Consultant, ServiceNow Core Business Services Workflows Solutions

Location(s): Remote, USA

The Role

A Technical Consultant in Business Services Workflows Solutions is a functional and technical expert focused on customer engagement teams. The role involves consulting with customers and configuring ServiceNow Core Business Services Products, including HR Service Delivery, Legal Service Delivery, Workplace/Facilities Service Delivery, Employee Service Management, and Finance & Supply Chain Solutions. The goal is to accelerate and drive customer business outcomes.

What You Will Do
  • Be the technical expert supporting configuration using ServiceNow best practices, emphasizing configuration over customization.
  • Support engagement efforts such as process definition, re-engineering, improvement, and gap analysis during workshops with stakeholders.
  • Advise customers on leveraging ServiceNow's standard capabilities to improve processes.
  • Lead customer design workshops focused on ServiceNow Platform and Solution technology.
  • Assist customers in completing documentation like business requirement workbooks for technical solutions.
  • Draft user stories, acceptance criteria, testing strategies, and facilitate knowledge transfer.
  • Provide training and oversight for future system administrators.
  • Lead technical project delivery and oversee partner resources when necessary.
  • Develop integration components (SSO, LDAP) and portal components.
  • Prepare customer-facing deliverables ensuring quality of solutions.
  • Manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
  • Promote continuous improvement practices.
  • Support sales activities as needed.
  • Mentor team members and partner ecosystem.
  • Travel up to 50% annually based on customer needs.
Mandatory Qualifications
  • 8+ years of configuration/development experience in HR, Legal, Workplace/Facilities, or Finance/Supply Chain technologies, including integrations and portals.
  • 5+ years of configuring/developing ServiceNow.
  • Current ServiceNow certifications such as CSA and relevant Solution-Specific certifications.
  • Ability to influence and consult with stakeholders to solve business and technical problems.
  • Experience with web technologies (XML, HTML, JavaScript, Web Services, LDAP, SSO, etc.) and SaaS technologies.
  • Strong understanding of HR, Legal, Workplace, or Finance systems like Workday, Oracle, SAP, UltiPro, Infor, etc.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, customer-centric attitude, and cultural awareness.
  • Proven team player and leader.

Compensation ranges from $125,600 to $233,200, influenced by experience and organizational factors. Full-time employees are eligible for comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, wellness, life and disability insurance, retirement plans, paid holidays, and time off.
