Robotic Technologies Automation in Phoenix, AZ seeks a Lead ServiceNow Consultant to drive story execution, share customer successes, and guide customers on business value with hands-on technical leadership.

You will build expertise across ServiceNow offerings, mentor juniors, run workshops, design durable workflows, review code, and translate business requirements into concrete solutions while advancing AI-enabled processes.

Formación

• Experience integrating AI into work processes and decision making.
• 8 years in a professional services organization or equivalent.
• Ability to travel up to 50%.
• Industry domain expertise in the relevant sector.
• Creative with comfort running projects independently.
• Proven track record of resolving complex issues through analysis.
• Experience working collaboratively with teams.
• ServiceNow certifications in aligned workflows.
• Independently leverages AI to optimize workflows and tailor solutions.
• Articulates AI system design and ethical implications clearly.

Responsabilidades

• Lead smaller projects and guide customers on business value and outcomes.
• Develop expertise across 12 ServiceNow offerings, delivering prescriptive guidance.
• Guide customers through technical docs and discussions for future-state designs.
• Coach and mentor junior team members on solutioning and challenges.
• Run workshops with customers to assess current processes and future-state.
• Design and deliver ServiceNow workflow solutions aligned with standards.
• Provide oversight and unit testing of code developed by partners or customers.
• Advise customers on leveraging ServiceNow capabilities to improve processes.
• Translate business requirements into technical workbooks and documentation.
• Provide feedback to product teams based on customer experiences.

• Lead smaller projects and teams compared to Principal Technical Consultants focusing on story execution sharing customer successes and guiding customers on business value
• Develop expertise in 12 ServiceNow offerings providing prescriptive guidance and maintaining platform health through handson technical leadership
• Guide customers through technical documentation and discussions driving innovation for consistent delivery
• Coach and mentor junior team members Technical Consultant and Associate Technical Consultant on solutioning building expertise and project challenges as they arise
• Participate in workshops with customers to assess current processes and establish futurestate processes
• Design and deliver ServiceNow insert workflow name solutions with a technical architecture designed for longterm success and following ServiceNow technical standards and leading practices
• Provide oversight and unit testing of code developed by partner or customer employees
• Advise customers on how to take advantage of the ServiceNow Platform capabilities to improve their business processes
• Guide customers in completing required documentation such as business requirement workbooks for technical aspects of the solution
• Provide feedback to product development to improve the product based on experiences gained with customers
• Maintain skills certifications on insert skill or cert for insert workflow name

Qualifications

• Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes decisionmaking or problem solving
• This may include using AIpowered tools automating workflows analyzing AIdriven insights or exploring AIs potential impact on the function or industry
• 8 years experience as part of a professional services organization or equivalent educationexperience
• Ability to travel up to 50
• Industry domain expertise in insert industry
• Creative with comfort running projects independently
