Responsibilities

• Lead ServiceNow development projects and provide technical direction.
• Mentor developers and oversee end-to-end solution delivery.
• Design scalable custom applications using ServiceNow App Engine, Studio, UI Builder, and Workspaces.
• Define technical architectures aligned with best practices and security.
• Leverage Now Assist, AI Agents for intelligent workflows and automation.
• Develop and optimize workflows using Flow Designer and Integration Hub.
• Design and implement REST/SOAP integrations with enterprise systems.
• Lead technical discussions, discovery workshops, and prescriptive guidance.
• Conduct code reviews, supervise testing, ensure governance and standards.
• Coach junior staff and collaborate with architects, PO, and cross-functional teams.
• Prepare technical design docs, architecture diagrams, and agile delivery artifacts.
