Job summary

Seneca Resources is seeking a ServiceNow Systems Administrator to maintain and optimize critical ServiceNow platforms supporting DoD cybersecurity operations. The role manages multiple environments (DEV, TEST, PROD), migrates authentication to CAC, and ensures compliance with security policies.

The ideal candidate has strong scripting skills and experience with system cloning, backups, and knowledge of DoD cybersecurity standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a ServiceNow System Administrator in DEV/TEST/PROD environments.
• Experience migrating authentication to CAC and implementing CAC-based access.
• Familiarity with DoD cybersecurity standards and security policies.

Responsibilities

• Configure workflows and customize ServiceNow modules.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues across environments (DEV/TEST/PROD).
• Develop reports using ServiceNow Performance Analytics.
• Lead migration of IL-4 instance to CAC authentication in collaboration with cybersecurity teams.

Pay Rate: $0.00 (Published Salary: $105,000/year)
Position Description:

Join a dynamic organization seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Systems Administrator to maintain and optimize critical ServiceNow platforms supporting DoD and Air Force cybersecurity operations. This role involves managing multiple environments (DEV, TEST, PROD), transitioning authentication from username/password to Common Access Card (CAC), and ensuring compliance with security policies. You will be responsible for configuring workflows, customizing modules, monitoring system performance, troubleshooting issues, and developing reports using ServiceNow Performance Analytics. Additionally, you will lead efforts to migrate the ServiceNow IL-4 instance to CAC authentication, collaborating with cybersecurity teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless implementation and security compliance. The ideal candidate will possess strong scripting skills, experience with system cloning, backup procedures, and detailed knowledge of DoD cybersecurity standards.

Top Requirements:

• Current Top Secret/SCI security clearance with active maintenance
• Minimum of 2 years experience as a ServiceNow System Administrator managing DEV, TEST, and PROD environments
