Job summary

Uline seeks a ServiceNow System Administrator to manage, optimize and support our ServiceNow platform across North America. You will ensure reliable service delivery and develop workflows, dashboards and modules to meet business needs.

The ideal candidate has a CS/IT degree, ServiceNow CSA certification is preferred, 2+ years of EUC admin experience, and strong ITIL knowledge. On-site, collaborative environment with strong benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• ServiceNow CSA certification is preferred.
• 2+ years of experience administering End User Computing (EUC) applications.
• Strong knowledge of ITIL processes, JavaScript, and ServiceNow customization.
• Excellent customer service, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Uline does not participate in the H1-B lottery.

Responsibilities

• Manage Uline’s ServiceNow platform, including applications, modules, and workflows to meet business needs.
• Provide technical support by troubleshooting platform issues, resolving incidents and ensuring timely issue resolution.
• Monitor system performance, manage upgrades and maintain user access to ensure reliable platform operations.
• Build custom dashboards and reports to identify trends and support continuous service improvement.
