Job summary

IBM Consulting, headquartered in the United States, seeks an Application Architect specializing in ServiceNow to lead enterprise ServiceNow implementations from Atlanta. You will assess client needs, design robust solutions, and drive delivery across cross-functional teams.

You will estimate effort, plan deployments, and ensure scalable, secure architectures by leveraging deep ServiceNow ecosystem knowledge and integration capabilities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Technology Analyst, Architect, or in a related technology role.
• Deep hands-on experience designing, implementing, and architecting ServiceNow solutions.
• ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA).
• Strong understanding of the ServiceNow ecosystem and experience integrating ServiceNow with other enterprise platforms and systems.
• Proven experience performing architectural analysis, including assessing infrastructure and integration requirements.
• Experience with solution architecture, technical design, effort estimation, and implementation planning.
• Strong understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) principles and how they translate into ServiceNow solutions.
• Ability to understand complex business requirements and translate them into scalable, secure, and effective technical architectures.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
