Job summary

ICF Olson is seeking a ServiceNow SPM/ITFM Solution Architect to help a federal client maximize the value of its ServiceNow platform. You’ll design and configure Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) and Financial Management capabilities, streamline governance and investment processes, and deliver reporting and AI-enabled insights that support better decision‑making.

You’ll work closely with FDIC stakeholders and existing ServiceNow partners to expand platform adoption while building solutions

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
Five (5) or more years of experience configuring and implementing ServiceNow, including SPM and/or ITFM modules.

Responsibilities

Configure and operationalize ServiceNow SPM to support demand intake, portfolio planning, governance workflows, and investment lifecycle visibility.
Configure ServiceNow Financial Management for lifecycle cost visibility, budgeting, cost allocation, and variance tracking.
Design data models, workflows, roles, permissions, access controls, and version-control standards.
Build integrated reporting and analytics, including dashboards, and integrate ServiceNow data with Power BI.
Implement AI-enabled decision-support for demand analysis, prioritization, portfolio insights, and forecasting.
Maintain a coordinated ServiceNow environment aligned with enterprise implementation and governance.
Collaborate with the FDIC’s enterprise ServiceNow contractor to expand adoption and support UAT and long-term self-sufficiency.
