Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
• 4–6 years of hands-on ServiceNow development and configuration experience.
• 2–3 years of ServiceNow HRSD experience, with scripting in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, XML.
• ServiceNow CSA certification.
• Strong communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the creation, configuration, and customization of ServiceNow applications and modules (e.g., HRSD, AI/ML).
• Develop and configure script objects, notifications, SLAs, and data models.
• Set up and support integrations between ServiceNow and other platforms using REST/SOAP.
