Job summary

Cloud Hybrid Technologies LLC is seeking a ServiceNow Architect to lead the architectural design, roadmap, and governance for the ServiceNow platform including ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, SecOps, and CMDB. You will serve as the primary technical liaison for architecture, integrations, and data modeling, ensuring scalable, enterprise-grade solutions.

You will oversee deployments, review vendor and internal solutions, and drive data quality through CMDB maturation and discovery.

• Oversee configuration, customization, and deployment of ServiceNow applications.

• Drive CMDB maturity, discovery, service mapping, and data quality initiatives.
• Architect integrations using MID Servers, APIs, web services, and data exchange frameworks.
• Conduct platform performance reviews to ensure reliability, scalability and security.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to ServiceNow developers and admins.
• Stay updated on ServiceNow releases and platform best practices.
