Job description

• 5-10years of experience working with the ServiceNow platform, including hands‑on development and architecture.
• At least 5 years in a leadership or senior technical role, managing teams and projects.
• Proven experience in leading large‑scale ServiceNow implementations and upgrades.
• Experience with integrating ServiceNow with other enterprise systems and third‑party applications.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow modules like ITSM, ITOM, HRSD,CMDB.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow scripting, including Business Rules, Client Scripts, and UI Actions.
• Experience with integrations using REST, SOAP, or other APIs.
• Familiaritywith IT Operations Management (ITOM), and other ServiceNow modules.
• Deep understanding of ServiceNow architecture, including scripting, workflows, and customizations.
• Experience in CollaborationSupport processes / SNOW Integrations
• ServiceNow certifications such as Certified System Administrator (CSA), Certified Application Developer (CAD), or Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) are highly desirable
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Comfortable working with cross‑functional and global teams.
