Job Summary:

SAP BTP Solution Architect Lead will spearhead the development of client’s SAP BTP and SAP RISE offerings.

Deep expertise in SAP BTP capabilities, including Integration, Extension, and Analytics services, along with Leadership skills to guide a team of Architects.

Lead a team of Solution Architects, collaborating with clients to design and implement innovative SAP solutions.

Work closely with clients and internal teams to architect innovative, secure, and scalable solutions that address business needs.

Qualifications:

10+ years of experience in SAP solutions with a focus on SAP BTP.

Deep understanding of SAP BTP around development.

Experience in SAP RISE engagements or SAP S/4HANA Cloud Migrations.

Knowledge of Agile delivery methodologies, DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines for SAP BTP.

Proficiency in SAP Integration Suite, SAP Extension Suite, SAP Workflow Management, SAP API Management, and SAP Business Application Studio (BAS).

Deep understanding of Software Development Lifecycle, Cloud-native principles, and Agile methodologies.

Experience in leading and managing a team of Architects.

Ability to lead and mentor teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.

Strong communication and presentation skills to convey technical concepts to a variety of audiences.

Familiarity with compliance, security, and data residency standards in Regulated industries.

Relevant Certifications in SAP BTP, are a plus.

Responsibilities:

Solution Design and Implementation:

Lead the design and deployment of SAP solutions, focusing on functional development and enhancement within SAP BTP environment.

Serve as Trusted Adviser to clients on SAP BTP and SAP RISE capabilities, roadmap alignment, and best practices for Extensibility, Integration, and Innovation.

Ensure solutions are technically feasible, economically viable, and aligned with business requirements.

Translate complex business requirements into scalable, secure, and high-performance technical solutions.

Build and oversee prototypes, proof-of-concepts, and production-ready applications to validate Architectural designs and ensure feasibility.

Drive end-to-end Implementation, ensuring that Solutions meet performance, security, and scalability standards.

Maintain comprehensive documentation, including design blueprints, technical specifications, and user guides for implemented solutions.

Practice Development:

Develop and document comprehensive solution blueprints, ensuring alignment across technical specifications and implementation plans for SAP BTP projects to streamline delivery and innovation.

Establish Best Practices for Solution Architecture, and promote their adoption across the organization.

Lead initiatives to incorporate emerging technologies such as AI/ML, IoT, and Blockchain into SAP BTP solutions to drive innovation.

Evaluate and recommend new SAP BTP functionalities and services to align with evolving client and industry needs.

Lead a team of Solution Architects, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.

Set clear goals, establish performance benchmarks, and provide actionable feedback through regular reviews.

Encourage professional development by offering access to training, certifications, and resources to expand team expertise.

Facilitate effective communication and collaboration across teams to ensure seamless project execution.

Client Engagement:

Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze business needs, translating them into technical solutions.

Act as Trusted Advisor to clients, presenting solution strategies and delivering compelling demonstrations of proposed solutions.

Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to drive customer satisfaction and foster long-term partnerships.

Ensure clear communication of timelines, deliverables, and expectations throughout the project lifecycle.

Innovation and Continuous Improvement:

Monitor and research advancements in SAP BTP and SAP RISE capabilities and industry trends, focusing on their practical application to business objectives.

Evaluate implemented solutions for continuous improvement, ensuring alignment with business objectives and emerging requirements.

Lead the adoption of Agile methodologies and Cloud-native development practices to enhance project efficiency.

Contribute to Thought Leadership by publishing whitepapers, participating in industry events, and representing the organization in SAP forums.
