Job summary

Qualifications

Pursuing Bachelor's or Graduate degree in a relevant STEM field.
Experience with JavaScript and ITIL/DevOps concepts.
Familiarity with Scrum/Agile methodologies.
Knowledge of CI/CD and Azure DevOps.
Understanding of ITSM processes.

Responsibilities

Join Enterprise Services Management Platform team to deliver ServiceNow AI system modifications for ITSM space.
Understand requirements and formulate solutions in ServiceNow to support business needs.
Develop understanding of business processes, integration technologies and team guidelines.
Ensure the team's solutions address core business needs.
Adhere to Scrum/Agile processes as directed by a senior team member.
Collaborate with business units to deliver ServiceNow solutions.
Work with ESM team to deploy solutions into production.
