Job summary

Cummins Inc. in the United States seeks an entry-level IT/Systems engineer to design, develop, test, and deploy software on the ServiceNow platform while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a global Agile setting.

You will build components, support enterprise capabilities, and help integrate Qualtrics and translation services. A Masters in Computer Science is described, with a September 2026 start date for eligible candidates.

Qualifications

College degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Experience developing software across the full SDLC and Agile environment.
Willingness to work onsite with flexibility in the U.S.

Responsibilities

Develop, configure, test, deploy, and support solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
Build and enhance ServiceNow components including forms, flows, rules, and dashboards.
Support capabilities across HR, Finance, Legal, and other functions.
Translate requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions and troubleshoot issues.
Participate in upgrades, testing, releases, and reviews.
Develop and support integrations using REST and SOAP services, IntegrationHub.
Assist with Qualtrics integrations, dashboards, and troubleshooting.
Provide documentation and knowledge articles; identify UX improvements.
