Job summary

Accenture Federal Services is seeking a ServiceNow Senior Business Analyst to join our team in the Washington, D.C. area. You will apply process improvement and reengineering principles to modernize and improve quality across federal client environments.

You will map as‑is processes, identify gaps, and collaborate with Business Systems teams to design, document requirements, and support training and orientation activities to implement changes across programs.

Qualifications

• 3 years of Business Analysis experience for system design or requirements definition.
• 3 years of experience with the ServiceNow platform.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) bonus points strongly preferred for Senior to Expert levels.

Job Description

Accenture Federal Services is seeking a ServiceNow Senior Business Analyst to join our team and support our client in the Washington D.C. area. In this role, you will apply process improvement and reengineering principles, methodologies, and structured approaches to effect process modernization and quality improvement efforts with an understanding of technical problems and solutions as they relate to the current and future business environment.

Here’s what you’ll do

• Analyze business processes by mapping and evaluating as‑is process scope, objectives and steps
• Identify gaps and opportunities for improvement, integrating new and improved processes with existing ones
• Recommend process, quality, and performance measurement improvements
• Assist with institutionalization communicating these changes to impacted Business Systems teams and other stakeholders
• Provide input, document requirements, and support the design and delivery of training and orientation programs as needed to support process changes

Here’s what you need

• 3 years of relevant experience in Business Analysis for system design, system architecture, business technical architecture, business system requirements definition, or similar
• 3 years of experience with the ServiceNow platform

Bonus points if you have:

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
• Six Sigma, Lean Six Sigma, or similar industry‑recognised certification strongly preferred for Senior to Expert levels

The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
