Job Description

Accenture Federal Services has an immediate hiring need for a ServiceNow Business Analyst. In this role, you will analyze and design new business processes, monitor and provide feedback on process performance, collaborate with business users to identify and define detailed product requirements and use cases, and facilitate process redesign while acting as a liaison to the business community and advising on all change aspects.

Responsibilities

• Develop business processes, gather requirements, and develop stories.
• Provide process flow and other required system documentation.
• Build a trusting relationship with major project stakeholders and lead them to adoption of the best solution.
• Assist in quality management reviews and ensure that all business and design requirements are met.
• Assist and sometimes lead test plan development and execution.
• Support Organizational Change Management (OCM) efforts by providing information on the “to be” solution.
• Develop and implement test plans for users through the SDLC.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience with ServiceNow.
• Experience developing standard documentation, including requirement and design specifications, use cases, test plans and scripts, and other supporting system documentation.
• Experience working with stakeholders and development team(s) to deliver solutions.

Bonus Points

• Training in ServiceNow Fundamentals.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
• Training or experience in Agile Fundamentals.

Security Clearance

• An active Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility is required and the candidate must be able to obtain a polygraph.

Compensation

The pay range for this position in the covered locations is $116,000—$137,300 USD.
